Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for Road and in Connection with Road Extension in the City of Palmerston North


PURSUANT ot section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 28th day of August 1979, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 6 September 1979, No. 83, p. 2629, declaring land taken for road and in connection with road extension in the City of Palmerston North, by omitting the First and Second Schedules and substituting the following Schedules.

FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

Land Taken for Road

ALL that piece of land containing 262 square metres, situated in the City of Palmerston North, being Lot 1, D.P. 30908. Part certificate of title, Volume 247, folio 264.

SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

Land Taken in Connection With Road Extension

ALL that piece of land containing 16 square metres, situated in the City of Palmerston North, being Lot 10, D.P. 48844. Part certificate of title, Volume 247, folio 264.

Declaring a Stormwater Easement over Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block III, Te Mata Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County


PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, a stormwater easement is hereby taken for the purposes of a road over the land described in the Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen as an easement in gross, the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority, in perpetuity, to convey stormwater, and surfacewater through the said land, and to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, maintain, and inspect lines of stormwater pipes, and to convey storm water through the said pipes, from and after the 5th day of June 1980.

ALL that piece of land containing 230 square metres, situated in Block III, Te Mata Survey District, being Section 60. All certificate of title No. J1/179.

Declaring a Right of Way Easement Taken for Railway Purposes at Kopuawhara


PURSUANT to section 45 of the Government Railways Act 1949 and section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right of way easement, as defined in section 90b of the Land Transfer Act 1952, over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for railway purposes, on and after the 9th day of June 1980.

Right of Way Easement Taken
