Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block XV, Arapawa Survey District, Marlborough County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Marlborough County Council, and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest in Peter Owen Crouch of Christchurch, metal classifier, Paul Trevor Crouch of Blenheim, packer, John Robert Crouch of Blenheim, engineer, Noeline Amber Pacey of Akaroa, married woman, and Mark Owen Crouch of Blenheim, student, subject to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971, and subject to section 168A of the Coal Mines Act 1925 (now section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979).

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Kiwitea County Council, and hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second, Third, and Fourth Schedules hereto, and further proclaims that the road described in the said Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in William Arthur Hamilton, of Mangaweka, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 272478 and 482482, and that the road described in Mervyn Frank Gorringe, of Taihape, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. A045536, 084434.1, 084434.2, and 084434.3, and that the road described in the said Fourth Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in Nerang Farm Limited at Palmerston North, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 869564, 869565, and 133422.1.
