THE FOREST DISEASE CONTROL REGULATIONS
1967
Pursuant to regulation 4 of the Forest Disease Control Regulations 1967, I, Ross Usman, Conservator of Forests, Invercargill, being an authorised Forest Officer under the said Regulations, hereby declare the area described in the Schedule hereto an "infected area" in respect of forest disease pine needle blight (Dothistroma pini).
This area extends the previously declared "infected area" as declared in the seventh amendment to the Declaration appearing in the Gazette of 14 September 1978.
SCHEDULE
The Pebbly Hills and Southdown Blocks of Hokonui State Forest, being part 1 and part 2, Block 4, Forest Hill Hundred; part 4, Block 3, Forest Hill Hundred; part 3, Block 4, Forest Hill Hundred, Blocks 6 and 7, Lindhurst Hundred; part 5, Block 3, Forest Hill Hundred, Blocks 6 and 7, Lindhurst Hundred; Section 68, Block 1, Lindhurst Hundred.
Notes—1. This declaration comes into effect upon first publication in a newspaper circulating in the infected area constituted.

It is an offence to remove plants or Christmas tree material (branches, etc.) out of the "infected area", if these are of exotic pine, Douglas fir, Sitka spruce or larch species and have not been treated as specified by an authorised forest officer.

The said declaration was published on the dates specified in the following newspapers: Southland Times, 1, 3, and 4 December 1979; The Ensign (Gore), 1, 3, and 4 December 1979; Otago Daily Times, 3, 4, and 5 December 1979; Clutha Leader, 3, 5, and 7 December 1979.
In terms of regulation 4 (2) (a) of the said Regulations, the said declaration came into force on the 1st day of December 1979.

Notice is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as State forest land.

2.3307 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 40290, situated in Block XIII, Mount Thomas Survey District. Balance of certificate of title, Volume 5A, folio 991.
As shown on plan S67/22 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

The Road Classification (Papakura City) Notice No. 1, 1980
Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974* the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Papakura City) Notice No. 1, 1980.

The Papakura City Council's proposed classification of the roads, as set out in the Schedule hereto, is hereby approved.

So much of the notice dated 29 March 1972†, as relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby revoked.

The notice dated the 15th day of November 1979‡, which relates to the classification of roads described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
Roads Classified in Class I
Croskery Road: from Hunua Road to Dominion Road.
Dominion Road: from Croskery Road to Settlement Road.
East Street: from Queen Street to Wood Street.
Great South Road: from the northern boundary to Papakura City to Queen Street; and from Wood Street to the southern boundary of Papakura City.
Queen Street: from Great South Road to East Street.
Railway Street East: from Onslow Road to Clevedon Road.
Wood Street: from East Street to Great South Road.

The Rodney County Council's proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

The notices dated the 23rd day of September 1970*, the 3rd day of December 1970†, and the 23rd day of October 1975‡, which relate to the classification of roads in the Schedule are hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
Rodney County
Roads Classified in Class I
Access road: from State Highway 16 (Auckland to Wellsford) to a point 675 metres measured westerly generally along the said road from the said State Highway.
Foundry Road.
Poplar Road: from its intersection with Whangaparoa Road to a point 110 metres measured westerly generally along the said road from the said intersection.
Tavern Road: from State Highway 1 (Awanui-Bluff) to its intersection with Foundry Road.
Whangaparoa Road: from State Highway 1 (Awanui-Bluff) to its intersection with Poplar Road.
Roads Classified in Class II
All roads or parts of roads under the control of the Rodney County Council other than those classified in class I in this Schedule.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Chartered Club—West Coast Licensing Committee
Pursuant to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the West Coast Licensing Committee, on 5 December 1979, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the chartered club known as the Greymouth Workingmen's Club and Mutual School of Arts.
To the intent that on days other than those on which chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to its members the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
