PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, from and after the 22nd day of May 1980.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Mangonui County Council; and also proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and declares that the road firstly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Neville Stewart Ansley of Paranui, farmer, and Glennis Maida Ansley, his wife, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to mortgage numbers A73568, 091781.3, A73569 and 091781.1.
