Declaring Leasehold Estates in Land Taken for a State Primary School in the Borough of Greymouth

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estates in the land described in the Schedule hereto held by William Patrick Rathbun, and Pauline Cecilia Rathbun of Greymouth, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 45342, as to the land firstly described, and lease No. 45288, as to the land secondly described in the said Schedule, are hereby taken for a State primary school from and after the 22nd day of May 1980.
