Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto, and declares that the road when so closed, shall vest in John Walker Bain of Gisborne, chartered accountant, Robert Ronald Shanks of Whangara, sheep farmer, and John Seymour Willock of Gisborne, sheep farmer.
