A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right
Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General
of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road;
and shall vest in the Marlborough County Council as from
the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of
May 1980.

ALL that piece of land containing 86 square metres, situated
in Block VI, Linkwater Survey District, being part of D.P.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land
described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway
laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the
9th day of November 1979, to be road, and to be vested in
the Rotorua District Council.

PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, the
Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the proclamation
published on 5 November 1959*, notifying and declaring an
area of land to be a wildlife refuge.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 27th day of April 1980.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right
Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General
of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act
1948, together with, as to the land thirdly described in the
said Schedule, such parts of the mines of coal and other
minerals, if any, under that other part of Section 25, hatched
black on plan, on certificate of title A1/751, as are not taken
by Proclamation No. 996, but are excepted thereout by law.
