ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Waitaki County, containing 10,000 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at Trig. “Black Hill” on the western boundary of Block V, Maerewhenua Survey District, and proceeding northerly along that block boundary to the Otago-Canterbury Land District boundary in the middle of the Waitaki River; thence generally south-easterly along the land district boundary to the north-east corner of Block III, Awamoko Survey District; thence southerly along the eastern boundary of that block to the western side of Black Point Road; thence generally southerly along that roadside to its intersection again with the eastern boundary of Block III, Awamoko Survey District; thence southerly along that block boundary to the northern side of Smillies Road; thence westerly, south-westerly, and again westerly along that roadside to the eastern side of Home Creek Road; thence due south by a right line to the southern boundary of Block III, Maerewhenua Survey District; thence westerly along that block boundary and the southern boundary of Block VI, Maerewhenua Survey District, to the south-west corner of the last-mentioned block; thence northerly along the western boundaries of that same block and Block V, Maerewhenua Survey District to the point of commencement.
