Notice is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forest Act 1949 as State forest land.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation, for the purpose of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Teone Piharo Riwai, deceased, and Ngautanga Mere Riwai, deceased.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

Referring to State Highway No. 1, Moffats Road to Pine Valley Road, section as more particularly shown on sheets 1 and 2 of plan LA10/23/1 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Auckland, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 23 April 1980 and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Work Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 14 December 1976*, made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration shown as area "A" on S.O. Plan 54113.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 23 April 1980, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 3A, Waitara to Inglewood, for its full width, commencing 200 metres south of the northern boundary of part section 11, Huirangi S.D. (certificate of title E4/1123), and extending southward for 60 metres along the frontage of the said part Section 11, and of Lot 1, D.P. 12934 (certificate of title E4/454), as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan LA42/50/2 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, New Plymouth, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 23 April 1980, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 3, Waitara to New Plymouth section, for half its width on the northern side, for 20 metres across the frontage of Lot 1, D.P. 13106 (certificate of title F1/35), commencing from the eastern boundary of the said Lot 1, as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan LA42/27/3 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, New Plymouth, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 23 April 1980, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 3, Stoney Creek to Manawatu Gorge section, for half its width on the southern side, for 250 metres westward from the eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 48034 (certificate of title 20A/192), as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of plan LA44/46/4 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Palmerston North, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
