Declaring Land Taken Subject to Mining Easements, for Coal Mining Operations, Under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 in Block XIV, Rangiriri Survey District, Raglan County
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to mining easements created by Deed 173870 (R112/262), South Auckland Land Registry, for coal mining operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 from and after the 8th day of May 1980.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to the land firstly described, to the sewer easement in gross created by transfer H. 144704.3, and as to the land thirdly described, to the stormwater easement in gross created by transfer H. 162406.4, South Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes, from and after the 8th day of May 1980.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Maori Trustee by Eric Wahib Barbara of Te Araroa, storekeeper, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 92036, Gisborne Land Registry, is hereby taken, subject to the fencing covenant contained in the said memorandum of lease, and subject to the provisions of the Maori Reserved Land Act 1955, for buildings of the General Government, from and after the 8th day of May 1980.
