CORRIGENDUM

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, dated 2 April 1980, No. 32, p. 992, referring to State Highway 2, Waiari River to the junction of SH33 section, for “D.P. 57919”, read “D.P. S. 7919”.

Setting Apart Land Held for a Rubbish Tip for a Recreation Ground in Block XVI, Belmont Survey District, Hutt County

A PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken for a rubbish tip, and vested in the Hutt County Council by a Proclamation dated the 9th day of August 1969, and published in the Gazette 28 August 1969, at page 1606; now, therefore, pursuant to Section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart, as from the 8th day of May 1980 for a recreation ground.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 12.3783 hectares (30 acres, 2 roods, 14 perches), situated in Block XVI, Belmont Survey District, being part Sections 6 and 63, Wainuiomata District, and being also Lot 1 on D.P. 14585. Formerly all certificate of title No. 6B/992 and being all the land comprised and described in Proclamation No. 798324, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of April 1980.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Waiheke County Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of May 1980.
