ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres and 3.4 perches being part Sections 178A and 188, Block II, Tuapeka East Survey District, and being the balance of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 1, folio 134 (Otago Land Registry), as shown on Survey Office Plan No. 17186 and thereon coloured blue. The said piece of land is formed road known as part of Clarks Flat Road or Lawrence Clydevale Road near the farm property of Estate G. M. Crawford in the County of Tuapeka.

TUAPEKA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely the legalisation of a road and for the purposes of that public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken.

And notice is hereby given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Tuapeka County Council at Peel Street, Lawrence, and is there open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the Registrar, Planning Tribunal, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington, and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 2 roods 2.8 perches being part land on Deposited Plan 1431 (Otago Registry) being part Section 26, Block II, Crookston Survey District, and contained in certificate of title, Volume 3, folio 349 (Otago Registry).

Also all that piece of land containing 3 roods 21.8 perches, being part land on Deposited Plan No. 17242 and thereon coloured sepia and comprise part of a formed road known as Mill Road, Tapanui, extending south from the intersection with Wooded Hill Road approximately 936 metres.

WANGANUI COUNTY COUNCIL
WATER-SKI-ING SEASON—LAKE WIRITOА

PURSUANT to a resolution of the Wanganui County Council passed at a meeting held on 10 April 1980, the Council hereby declares that the water-skiing season defined in the New Zealand Gazette on 14 November 1968, No. 74, p. 2104, and amended on 28 May 1979, No. 31, is hereby renewed for a further term of 5 years, from 1 July 1980.

The definition provides for an annual season “. . . from the 1st day of July in 1 year to the 31st day of March or Easter Monday, whichever is the later, in the following year.”

COOK COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR QUARRYING PURPOSES

NOTICE is hereby given that the Cook County Council acting under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, proposes to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for quarrying purposes. The said land, known as Huanui Quarry, is situated on Huanui Station, Tauwhareparae, approximately 2 kilometres west of the junction of Huanui Road and Waimata-Hokoroa Road and approximately 6 kilometres west of the junction of the latter road and Tauwhareparae Road. The Council has been quarrying limestone metal from the land for many years by arrangement with the owners of Huanui Station but now wishes to ensure that this essential resource remains permanently available for county roading.

Notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the said Council at 389 Gladstone Road, Gisborne, and is there open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons directly affected by the taking of such land must set forth in writing any objection they may wish to make to the taking of the land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and send the same within 40 days after the first publication of this notice to the Planning Tribunal at Wellington.

If any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT—COOK COUNTY

ALL that parcel of land containing 16.2770 hectares being part Lot 2, D.P. 1104, and part certificate of title 3B/1015, situated in Blocks IV and VIII, Wairongomia Survey District, and shown marked A on Survey Office Plan 7036.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of the Petroleum Act 1937, the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand Ltd. has made an application to the Minister of Energy for a pipeline authorisation to convey natural gas by pipeline from the existing pressure regulating and metering facility in Cutfield Street to new customers in Richmond Street, Inglewood.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on 18 April 1980, at Auckland, was 251.73 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is above the Government Supplementary Minimum Wool Price of 235 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) no supplement is payable on wool until further notice. There is likewise no grower retention levy payable in terms of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, as the A.W.A.S.P. is less than the ruling Trigger Price of 300 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
