NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the High Court, was, on the
26th day of March 1980, presented to the said Court by the
COMMISSIONER OF INLAND REVENUE; and that the said petition
is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland
on Wednesday, the 7th day of May 1980, at 10 o’clock in
the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said
company desirous to support or oppose the making of an
order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing
in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy
of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any
creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a
copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for an order that
R. H. Rothbury (Insurance) Limited be wound up by the
Court under the provisions of the Companies Act 1955 or
alternatively, if the Court is of the opinion that in the
circumstances the remedy provided by section 209 of the
Companies Act 1955 is available to the petitioner and that
the petitioner would be acting unreasonably in seeking to
have the company wound up instead of pursuing that other
remedy then, in that event, that R. H. Rothbury (Insurance)
Limited or R. H. Rothbury be ordered to purchase the shares
of the petitioner and, in the event of R. H. Rothbury (In-
surance) Limited being ordered to purchase the shares of
the petitioner, a reduction of the nominal capital of R. H. Roth-
bury (Insurance) Limited be ordered, or for such other order
as shall be just, was presented to the High Court on the
14th day of April 1980 by MARCUS SAMUEL SOLOMON
of Auckland, insurance broker. And that the said petition
is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland
on the 14th day of May 1980, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon;
and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous
to support or oppose the making of an order on the said
petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by
his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will
be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory
of the said company requiring a copy on payment of
the regulated charge for the same.
