STEEL LTD.
I, Gordon Pullar, Registrar of Companies, hereby certify
that the Court order dated 18 March 1980 and the minute
of reduction confirming the reduction of the share capital
is as follows:
The authorised and issued capital of the company having
been reduced by $5 million by the redemption at par
of all the company’s 5 million issued and fully paid up
cumulative participating performance shares of $1 each,
the capital of New Zealand Steel Ltd as so reduced is as
follows:
Authorised Capital: 40,000,000 ordinary shares of $1 each.
Issued and Paid-up Capital: 24,751,456 ordinary shares of
$1 each whereof 23,551,456 are fully paid up and 1,200,000
are paid up to 56 cents each;
and was registered on the 26th day of March 1980.

CLAIMS
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter
of J. G. MCEWAN CONSTRUCTION LTD. (in liquida-
tion), a duly incorporated company having its registered
office at Hamilton:
TAKE notice that John Joseph Turkington of Hamilton, com-
pany manager, has been appointed liquidator of the above-
named company.
The liquidator of J. G. McEwan Construction Ltd. which
is being wound up voluntarily doth hereby fix the 9th day
of May 1980, as the day on or before which the creditors of
the company are to prove their debts or claims and to
establish any title they may have to priority under section
308 of the Act or to be excluded from such benefit of any
distribution made before such debts are proved, or as the
case may be, from objecting to such distribution.
