The Secretary for Transport hereby consents to part of the bed of the Oruarangi Creek, comprising 1784 square metres as shown "A" on plan M.D. 13997, being proclaimed as road under section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948.

Deer Farming Notice No. 3 1980

Pursuant to section 12A of the Wild Animal Control Act 1977, the Director-General of Forests hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Deer Farming Notice No. 3, 1980.

2. Subject to the provisions of the Wild Animal Control Act 1977 farming of the species (including crosses and hybrids of such species) of deer specified in the First Schedule hereto is permitted only in the areas named therein but is prohibited in the areas specified in the Second Schedule.

3. Deer Farming Notice No. 2, 1980, published in the New Zealand Gazette dated 20 March 1980, page 762 is hereby revoked.
