WE, the persons named and described in the Schedule hereto and New Zealand Woollen Rugs Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, do hereby certify that by registration of the certificate we do hereby form and constitute a special partnership under the provisions of part II of the Partnership Act 1908, and do further certify pursuant to the provisions of section 51 of the said Act as follows:

(c) The aforesaid special partners have contributed to the common stock of the partnership the sums listed against their respective names in the Schedule hereto. The general partner has not contributed to the common stock of the partnership.

(d) The general nature of the business to be transacted by the special partnership is that of rug manufacturer and—

(i) To carry on all or any of the businesses of manufacturers of, buyers and sellers of, distributors of, importers and exporters of, wholesale and retail dealers in, repairers, cleaners, designers, storers and warehouses of carpets, rugs, floor coverings and furnishings of all kinds.

(e) The principal place at which the business is to be transacted is at the registered office of the general partner at 14 Maich Road, Manurewa.

(f) The partnership is to commence on the date of registration of the certificate and is to terminate 7 years thereafter.

TAWA BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Tawa Borough Council, acting pursuant to section 81 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977, intends to take land under the Public Works Act 1928. The land to be taken is described in the Schedule hereto, and it is being taken as the Council considers it is necessary for the proper development or use of the land in accordance with the operative Tawa Borough District Scheme, Review No. 2.

The said land will be utilised, together with land already owned by the Council, for development of a shopping mall and facilities as previously publicised. A plan of the said land is open for public inspection at the offices of the Tawa Borough Council at Main Road, Tawa.

Any person directly affected may object to the taking of the said land, and shall make such objection in writing to the Planning Tribunal, 175 The Terrace, Private Bag, Wellington, on or before Friday, 23 May 1980. If any objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of the Petroleum Act 1937, the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand Ltd. has made an application to the Minister of Energy for a pipeline authorisation to convey natural gas by pipeline from an offtake station on the Oaonui-Huntly Pipeline where it crosses Parihaka Road, to a terminal station at the Egmont Dairy Co. factory at Pungarehu.
