NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the High Court was, on
the 18th day of March 1980, presented to the said Court by
the COMMISSIONER OF INLAND REVENUE; and that the said
petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at
Auckland on Wednesday, the 30th day of April 1980, at
10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory
of the said company desirous to support or oppose the
making of an order on the said petition may appear at the
time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for that
purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the
undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said
company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated
charge for the same.

WE, the persons named and described in the Schedule hereto
and New Zealand Woollen Rugs Limited, a duly incor-
porated company having its registered office at Auckland
being a special partnership known as New Zealand Woollen
Rugs Limited & Company, and duly registered in the Supreme
Court at Auckland, do hereby certify that by registration
under the provisions of part II of the Partnership Act 1908,
and do hereby further certify, pursuant to the provisions of
section 62 of the said Act as follows:

(a) The style of the firm under which, the partnership has
been conducted is New Zealand Woollen Rugs Limited &
Company.

(b) The names and places of residence of all the partners
are as follows:

General Partner:

New Zealand Woollen Rugs Limited, a duly incorporated
company having its registered office at 14 Match Road,
Manurewa.

Special Partners:

The persons whose names and addresses are set forth in
the Schedule hereto.

(c) The aforesaid special partners had contributed to the
common stock of the partnership the sums listed against their
respective names in the Schedule hereto. The general partner
has not contributed to the common stock of the partnership.

(d) The general nature of the business which was transacted
by the partnership is that of rug manufacturer and—

(i) To carry on all or any of the businesses of manufacturers
of buyers and sellers of, importers and exporters of,
wholesale, retailers in, repairers, cleaners,
designers, storers and warehouses of carpets, rugs,
floor coverings and furnishings of all kinds.

(ii) To carry on the business of manufacturers, buyers,
sellers, importers, exporters, wholesale and retail
dealers, warehouses of cotton, woollen, silk and
yarns and all fabrics manufactured from such yarns
and all kinds of leathers, rubbers and waterproof
goods and articles manufactured therefrom including
