Declaration of Vehicle with Motor Cycle Controls to be a
Motor Cycle
Pursuant to section 2 of the Transport Act 1962, the Secre-
tary for Transport hereby declares that the three-wheeled
vehicle having motor cycle controls and described in the
Schedule hereto, is a motor cycle for the purposes of the
said Act.
SCHEDULE
The vehicle known as the Honda ATC 185.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at
Chartered Club—Auckland Licensing Committee
Pursuant to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962
as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amend-
ment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for
Justice, hereby give notice that the Auckland Licensing
Committee, on 7 March 1980, made an order authorising
variations of the usual hours of trading for the chartered
club known as the Crusaders Club (Incorporated), 3177
Great North Road, New Lynn, Auckland.
To the intent that on days other than those on which
chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of
liquor to its members the hours for the opening and closing
of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
(not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—
Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at
10 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday (not being New Year's Eve)
and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the
morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(c) On New Year's Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the
morning and closing at 00.30 o'clock in the morning
of New Year's Day.

New Zealand - Australia Free Trade Agreement
Application for the Approval of Goods as Determined
Imported Materials—Notice 1980/4
Notice is hereby given that application has been made to
Australia for the approval of the goods described in the
Schedule hereto, as determined imported materials in accord-
ance with Australian legislation relating to the rules govern-
ing the origin of goods "wholly manufactured".
Any person wishing to lodge an objection to New Zealand
supporting these applications should do so in writing on or
before 15 May 1980. Submissions should include a reference
to the application number, tariff item, and description of the
goods concerned, be addressed to the Comptroller of Cus-
toms, Private Bag, Wellington, for the attention of the Direc-
tor Trade Division, and be supported by information as
to the quality, range, supply, etc., of the goods or suitable
alternative goods produced in New Zealand.
