Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Upper Hutt City
Corporation

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown
Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule
hereto, as reserve for local purpose (amenity), and further,
pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in
the Upper Hutt City Corporation in trust for that purpose.

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General of

pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said reserve
to form part of the Corbett Park Recreation Reserve to be
administered as a reserve for recreation purposes by the

Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was
passed by the Paeroa Borough Council on the 6th day of
July 1979:
"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section
14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Paeroa Borough Council
hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said
Borough in fee simple and, described in the Schedule
hereto, shall be and the same is hereby, declared to be
a reserve for local purpose (drainage) within the meaning
of the said Act."
