Land Taken for Road in the City of Christchurch

KEITH HOLYOAKE, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of April 1980.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XV, Christchurch Survey District, described as follows:

Area m² Being
2 Part Rural Section 239; marked “A” on plan.
9 Part Rural Section 239; marked “B” on plan.

As shown on plan S.O. 14912, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch, and thereon marked as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of April 1980.

Declaring Land in Roadways Laid out in Block XV, Opunake Survey District, Egmont County, to be Road

KEITH HOLYOAKE, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the First Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 23rd day of June 1931, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 28th day of February 1979, to be road, and to be vested in the Egmont County Council.

FIRST SCHEDULE

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XV, Opunake Survey District, described as follows:

Area m² Being
165 Roadline Ngatitara Block; marked “E” on plan.
7843 Roadline Ngatitara Block; marked “G” on plan.

As shown marked as above mentioned on plan S.O. 11331, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at New Plymouth.

SECOND SCHEDULE

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XV, Opunake Survey District, described as follows:

Area m² Being
691 Part Ngatitara 6F1 Block; marked “A” on plan.
2663 Part Ngatitara 6F2 Block; marked “B” on plan.

As shown marked as above mentioned on plan S.O. 11331, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at New Plymouth.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of March 1980.
