IN compliance with an order of the High Court of New Zealand dated the 2nd day of April 1980, pursuant to section 205 of the Companies Act 1955:

NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of Andrew M. Paterson Ltd. (in receivership) will be held in the Concert Chamber, Auckland Town Hall, Queen Street, Auckland, commencing at 10 a.m. on the 24th day of April 1980.

Business:
To consider and, if thought fit, to approve (with or without modification) a proposed scheme of arrangement between the company and its creditors in the terms attached hereto.

NOTEβ€”Creditors and members are entitled:

NOTICE is hereby given that, by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 31st day of March 1980, the following special resolution was passed by the company, namely:

That the company be wound up voluntarily.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of HURST'S BUILDING LTD. (in voluntary liquidation):

NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Hurst's Building Ltd, which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 30th day of April 1980, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they might have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or as the case might be, from objecting to the distribution.

NOTICE CALLING FINAL MEETING

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of AMERICAN KING SIZE TAKEAWAYS LTD. (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Price, Beuth and Company, in Bowman Building, Market Street, Napier, on Thursday, 17 April 1980, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator. Creditors will also consider, and if thought fit, pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:

That the books and papers of the company and of the liquidator be committed to the custody of the liquidator under section 328 (1) (b) and (2).

Forms of general and special proxies can be obtained from the liquidator, and proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the undersigned at Bowman Building, Market Street, P.O. Box 511, Napier, not later than 4 p.m. on Tuesday, the 15th day of April 1980.

IN the matter of the Insolvency Act 1967, and in the matter of the estate of JOHN HALL, late of Dunedin, retired mechanic, but now deceased:

NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee of New Zealand, on the 24th day of March 1980, filed a certificate in the Supreme Court at Dunedin electing to administer the above-mentioned estate under part XVII of the Insolvency Act 1967, and that the said estate will, as from the said date, be administered, realised, and distributed in accordance with the law and practice of bankruptcy.

I do hereby summon a meeting of creditors of the above estate to be held at the Public Trust Office, 442 Moray Place, Dunedin on the 21st day of April 1980, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon.

All creditors, whether they have already submitted their claims or not, are required to prove their debts as soon as may be in the manner provided by the Insolvency Act 1967. Proof of debt forms may be procured at my office.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidators of Horticultural Laboratories Ltd. which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 8th day of May 1980, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company held on the 26th day of March 1980, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the company, namely:

That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.
