IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and J. G. McEWAN CONSTRUCTION LTD.

In compliance with section 269 of the Companies Act 1955, notice is hereby given, that by an entry in the minute book of J. G. McEwan Construction Ltd., on 9 April 1980, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the company:

That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up, and that the company be wound up voluntarily.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of J. G. McEWAN CONSTRUCTION LTD.:

TAKE notice that by an entry in its minute book dated 9th April 1980, the above-named company passed a resolution for the voluntary winding up of the company, and that a meeting of creditors will accordingly be held at Credimen-Duns Ltd. boardroom, 13 Liverpool Street, Hamilton, on Thursday 17 April 1980, at 2.30 p.m.

Business:

1. To consider a statement of the position of the company's affairs, together with a list of creditors of the company, and the estimated amount of their claims.

2. Appointment of a liquidator. The company's nominee is J. J. Turkington of Hamilton, company manager.

3. Appointment of a committee of inspection.

Forms of special and general proxies will be forwarded to creditors. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged at my office not later than 4 p.m. on the afternoon of Wednesday, 16 April 1980.
