shall be the line defined and described in the Schedule
hereto; and I hereby define as being land upon or in respect
of which it is intended to exercise the powers conferred by
the Electricity Act 1968 or by any other Act in respect of
the erection, maintenance, and use of the said transmission
line, all the land situated within 80 metres on either side
of the middle line hereby defined.
SCHEDULE
A line commencing at a point approximately 110 metres
south-east of a point 170 metres west from Lucas Creek,
on the common boundary of Lot 1 and part Lot 2, D.P. 38832,
and proceeding in a generally northern direction for a distance
of approximately 12.65 kilometres and passing in, into,

deposited in the office of the Ministry of Energy, Electricity
Division, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Appointments, Promotions, Extensions, Transfers, Resignations, and Retirements of Officers of the Royal New Zealand Navy
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Defence Act 1971, His Excellency the Governor-General has approved the following appointments, promotions, extensions, transfers, resignations, and retirements of officers of the New Zealand Naval Forces.
ROYAL NEW ZEALAND NAVY
The following Commanders are placed on the Retired List, with effect from the dates shown:
Ian Watson Munro, M.N.Z.I.S., 29 February 1980.
Colin Adrian Dixon, C.ENG., F.I.MAR.E., 3 March 1980.
The appointment of Lieutenant Commander Christopher John Niven is terminated, at his own request, with effect from 18 January 1980.
Lieutenant Commander Trevor James Edward Marsh, RNZN Retired List, is re-appointed to the RNZN in his present rank with seniority and effect from 12 March 1980; terminating on 23 May 1982.
