CORRIGENDUM
Revision of District Valuation Rolls

PURSUANT to the Valuation of Land Act 1951, the Valuer-General determines that the District Valuation Roll for the district named in the following Schedule was revised on the date shown. This Schedule amends New Zealand Gazette of 28 February 1980, No. 18, p. 559.

Land Taken for a Recreation Ground in Block IX, Pakiri Survey District, Rodney County

KEITH HOLYOAKE, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground and shall vest in the Rodney County Council, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of April 1980.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres, situated in Block IX, Pakiri Survey District, and being Lot 1, Section 13, Parish of Pakiri; as shown on plan S.O. 12642, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon edged pink. (All certificate of title No. 11A/94.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of March 1980.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3529 square metres, situated in Block XIII, Spaxton Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. 3932; as shown on plan S.O. 14091, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch, and thereon marked β€œE”.
