Vesting a Reserve in the Kawerau Borough Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in the Kawerau Borough Council in trust for recreation purposes.

SCHEDULE

South Auckland Land District—Kawerau Borough

1755 square metres, more or less, being Allotment 1318, Matata Parish, situated in Block XVI, Rotoma Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1884, page 237. S.O. Plan 48993.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block V, Orahiri Survey District, Waitomo District

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Waitomo District Council, pursuant to the said section 323 and as from the date of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

4.9532 hectares, more or less, being a portion of unformed Public Road adjoining Sections 1 and 1A, Block V, and Section 4, Block I, Orahiri Survey District. S.O. Plan 50298.

Pursuant to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the King Country Licensing Committee, on 10 December 1979, revokes an order granting later closing for the licensed premises known as Tokaanu Hotel.

Pursuant to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the King Country Licensing Committee, on 10 December 1979, revokes an order granting later closing for the licensed premises known as the D.B. Turangi Motor Hotel.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Chartered Club—King Country Licensing Committee

Pursuant to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the King Country Licensing Committee, on 10 December 1979, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the chartered club known as the Taumarunui Club.

To the intent that on days other than those on which chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to its members the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday, Saturday (not being New Year's Eve), and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

(c) On New Year's Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.

Light refreshments, tea, and coffee making facilities must be made available.
