IN THE MATTER OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1955, AND IN THE MATTER OF PAH CONSTRUCTION LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Suite 49, Manukau City Shopping Centre, Wiri, and carrying on the business of builders:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 27th day of February 1980, presented to the said Court by ODLINS LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Cable Street, Wellington, and carrying on business in Auckland and elsewhere as a building supplier; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 16th day of April 1980, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS TO PROVE DEBTS OR CLAIMS

NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Birkenhead Northcoast Rentals Limited (in statutory receivership and liquidation), which is being wound up by order of the Court dated 9 August 1978, does hereby fix the 30th day of April 1980 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

PAPAKURA CITY COUNCIL

WITHDRAWAL OF NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

The Papakura City Council hereby withdraws the notice of intention published in Gazette, 28 February 1980, No. 18, p. 613, which gave notice of the proposal to take land under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 for the purposes of a cemetery.

The land is situated in Rogers Road, Drury, and is described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres 3 roods 10 perches (1.9475 hectares), situated in the County of Franklin, being Allotment 32 of Section 2, Village of Drury, and being all Gazette notice, 1904, No. 29, p. 989, North Auckland Land Registry.
