NOTES—Within the above areas no person shall:

1. Light any fire except in places provided or properly constructed fireplaces, nor leave any such fire unattended.

3. Introduce to the area any flora or fauna (especially domestic animals or stock) alien to the indigenous forest of the area.

4. Enter with any firearm or poison or trap without first obtaining a permit from the Forest Service.

5. Fell or remove timber forest produce, native plants or fauna or disturb or remove any rock, soil or mineral except for scientific or forest management or other purposes approved by the Minister of Forests.

Declaration Making Silica in Lump or Sand Form to be Used Only in the Production of Silicon Carbide, a Qualifying Mineral for the Purposes of Section 215 of the Income Tax Act 1976

PURSUANT to section 215 (2) of the Income Tax Act 1976, the Minister of Finance hereby declares silica in lump or sand form, used only in the production of silicon carbide, to be a qualifying mineral for the purposes of the afore-mentioned section, with effect from the date of this notice.

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Auckland Harbour Bridge Authority) Notice No. 1, 1980.

The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Havelock North Borough) Notice No. 1, 1980.

2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. The Traffic (Havelock North Borough) Notice, dated 2 December 1966*, and the Traffic (Hawke’s Bay County) Notice No. 1, 1972, dated 12 July 1972†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 are hereby revoked.
