UPON reading the ex parte motion for confirmation of reduction of capital and the affidavit of HAROLD MERVYN TITTER sworn and filed therein this Court hereby orders:

  1. That the sum of $1,764,875 standing to the credit of the share premium account in the accounts of the company as at 31 March 1979 may be distributed to the holders of the ordinary shares in the capital of the company, namely Feltex New Zealand Limited (3,228,749 shares) and George Edward Pearce of Auckland, managing director (1 share held on trust for Feltex New Zealand Limited), by the shareholders declaring a distribution and debiting the share premium account of the applicant company with the sum of $1,764,875 and crediting the capital reserves of Feltex New Zealand Limited with the same amount.
