A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby closed and the soil thereof taken for the Ngauranga - Basin Reserve Motorway.

All those pieces of road situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District, in the City of Wellington, described as follows:

Land Taken for Road in the City of Christchurch

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of March 1980.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 27 square metres, situated in Block XII, Christchurch Survey District, being part Lot 9, D.P. 6513; as shown on plan S.O. 14889, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch, and thereon marked “U”.
