Cancellation of the Vesting in the Waimairi County Council of a Reserve

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Rotorua District Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto, as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said lands, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserves in the Rotorua District Council in trust for those purposes.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Thames-Coromandel District Council on the 28th day of September 1978:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Thames-Coromandel District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land vested in the said District and described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act."

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block I, Kaihu Survey District, Hobson County

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Hobson County Council pursuant to the said section 323, and as from the date of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
