PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development, hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Rodney County Council.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, Road Closed and Incorporated in an Adjoining Crown Lease in Block XIII, Tuapeka West Survey District, Tuapeka County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Tuapeka County Council, and hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, when so closed, shall vest in James Evan O’Neill of Lawrence, farmer, subject to mortgages No. 504086/1, 397468, and 504086/4. The road described secondly in the Second Schedule hereto, when so closed, shall be incorporated in renewable lease No. RLF793 recorded in certificate of title No. A2/1291 held from Her Majesty the Queen by James Sutherland Grant of Tuapeka West, farmer, subject to mortgages No. 264618, 375856, 376841, and 441468.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested and Land Taken and Vested in Blocks XXXIV, XLIV, and XLV, Hokonui Survey District, Southland County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Southland County Council, hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29. The land described in the Third Schedule hereto when so taken and the road described firstly, secondly, thirdly, fourthly, fifthly, sixthly, seventhly, eighthly, ninthly, tenthly, and eleventhly in the Second Schedule hereto, when so closed, shall vest in Gladys June Palmer of Dipton, married woman, and Thomas Harold Slingo Day of South Hillend, farmer (jointly inter se), as to one-quarter share, Reginald James Palmer as to one-quarter share, Russell Francis Palmer as to one-quarter share, and Warren Reginald Palmer as to one-quarter share, all of Dipton, farmers, as tenants in common in the said shares subject to mortgages No. 039957.2, 049531.1, 039958.1, 049531.3, and 049531.4. The road described twenty-thirdly and twenty-fourthly in the Second Schedule hereto when so closed shall vest in William Henderson Wadworth of Southland, farmer, subject to mortgages No. 85721 and 042586.1. The road described twenty-fifthly and twenty-sixthly in the Second Schedule hereto when so closed shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
