Pursuant to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excel-
lency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and
declares that the access ways described in the Schedule hereto
shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest
in and be under the control and management of the Green
Island Borough Council.

Pursuant to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excel-
lency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and
declares that the access way described in the Schedule hereto
shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest
in and be under the control and management of the Horo-
whenua County Council.

Altering the Names of the Poverty Bay Catchment District
and the Poverty Bay Catchment Board, and Altering the
Constitution of the Board

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 11th day
of February 1980
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. R. D. MULDOON PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
Pursuant to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act
1941, His Excellency the Governor-General acting by and
with the consent of the Executive Council hereby:
- Revokes the Order in Council constituting the Poverty
Bay Catchment District, substitutes the following provisions:
(a) Those parts of New Zealand constituted by Order in
Council as a catchment district known as the Poverty
Bay Catchment District are hereby reconstituted as
a catchment district to be known as the East Cape
Catchment District, as from the date of this Order
in Council.
(b) The members of the Catchment Board constituted by
Order in Council and subsequently amended as the
Poverty Bay Catchment Board shall continue in office
and the Board shall have the same rights, powers,
and duties as it had prior to the commencement of
this Order in Council, but shall control the catch-
ment district known as the East Cape Catchment
District and shall be known as the East Cape Catch-
ment Board.
(c) Every reference in any document existing at the
commencement of this Order in Council to the
Poverty Bay Catchment District or the Poverty Bay
Catchment Board shall, unless the context otherwise
requires, be read as a reference to the East Cape
Catchment District and the East Cape Catchment
Board respectively.
- Amends the Order in Council as subsequently amended
constituting the Poverty Bay Catchment Board by
declaring the person who is the holder for the time
being of the office of District Appraiser, Gisborne,
of the Rural Banking and Finance Corporation, to
be a non-elective member of the Board.

Vesting Land Reclaimed from Lawsons Creek in the Auckland
Regional Authority

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 18th day

Present:
THE RIGHT HON. R. D. MULDOON PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
Pursuant to section 175D of the Harbours Act 1950, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests in
the Auckland Regional Authority land described in the
Schedule hereto, which land was authorised for reclamation
by Order in Council dated 27 May 1974*, pursuant to section
275 (2).
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of reclaimed Crown land situated in Block
X, Waitemata Survey District, containing 1047 square metres,
as shown on plan M.D. 15988 (S.O. 53982).
The District Registrar is hereby authorised to make
such entries in his register as are necessary to give effect
to this order.
