Appointment of Honorary Community Officers Under the Maori Welfare Act 1962

IN the notice published in Gazette, 14 February 1980, No. 10, page 301, line 4 of the Schedule, for the words, “Hurunga Jacob Makaraia”, read “Hurunga Jacob Hakaraia”, which last mentioned appear in the original notice signed by the Minister of Maori Affairs.

CORRIGENDUM

IN the Declaration dated the 18th day of January 1980 and published in the Gazette of 31 January 1980, No. 6, page 208, declaring the leasehold estate in land taken for a gravel pit in Block I, Nevis Survey District, Vincent County, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, in the descriptions of the pieces of land containing 23.384 hectares, 6140 square metres, 2.762 hectares, and 1.135 hectares, marked respectively “E”, “B”, “C”, and “D” on the plan, and described for part Run 3458, read part Run 345B which last-mentioned description appears in the original Declaration signed by the Minister of Works and Development.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane and shall vest in the New Plymouth City Council, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of February 1980.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of February 1980.
