National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 10 December 1980, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 1 (Awanui-Bluff), from its junction with MacFarlane Street, Kawakawa, to its junction with Maromaku Road, Towai, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 6 of plan LA11/9/1 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Whangarei, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 10 December 1980, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 1 (Awanui-Bluff), from its junction with Wyndham Road, Edendale, to its junction with Homestead Road, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 2 of plan LA73/31/39 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Invercargill, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Varying Notice of Declaration of State Highway

PURSUANT to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board, acting with the written approval of the Minister of Works and Development, hereby gives notice that it varies the notice declaring public highways to be state highways, dated 9 March 1960, published in the Gazette, 24 March 1980, Vol. 1, page 384, by excluding the area described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

Roads District 1, Whangarei, No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff), all that portion marked B on plan S.O. 50823.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 1, Woodcocks Road, Warkworth to Moirs Hill Road section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 of plan LA10/21/1 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Auckland North, and there available for public inspection; it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 10 December 1980, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 19 October 1977*, made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for half the width on the eastern side commencing at the junction of the southern boundary of part allotment 154, Parish of Mahurangi (certificate of title 17A/379), with the State Highway and extending northwards across the frontages of part allotment 154, Allotments 250, 362, 363, 417, 420, and of part Lot 1, D.P. 48808 (certificate of title 17A/347).

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 2, Apata Rail Overbridge to Carmichaels Road section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 14 of plan M.O.W. 16172 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Tauranga, and there available for public inspection; it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 10 December 1980, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 18 March 1970*, made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for a width of 13 metres on the northern side commencing at the junction of the south-eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 11807 (certificate of title 8D/1276) with the State Highway and extending westwards for 50 metres.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 2, Apata Rail Overbridge and Carmichaels Road section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 14 of plan M.O.W. 16172 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Tauranga, and there available for public inspection; it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 10 December 1980, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 18 March 1970*, made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for the full width commencing at the junction of the southern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 29795 (certificate of title 16c/354) with the State highway and extending northwards for 100 metres.

Maori Land Development Notice

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows:

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1980, No. 8.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
