This notice may be cited as the Manukau City Boundary Alteration Notice (No. 2), 1980.

The boundaries of the City of Manukau are hereby altered by including in the district of the City of Manukau the area described in the Schedules hereto, being land reclaimed from the Manukau Harbour.

to be a member of the appeal board set up in connection with an appeal by David Weir Irvine against the decision of the Auckland Harbour Board not to promote him for a position as Wharfinger, Traffic Department.

Notice of Receipt of Application for an Amendment to an International Air Service Licence
PURSUANT to section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Qantas Airways of Sydney, Australia, has applied for an amendment to its International Air Service Licence to operate air services for the carriage of passengers, cargo, and mail between Auckland and Townsville, Australia, via Brisbane. Further details of the proposal may be obtained from the Secretary for Transport, Ministry of Transport, Private Bag, Wellington.
Any person or organisation desiring to make representations relating to this application must forward these representations in writing to reach me on or before 9 January 1981.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, The Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Clutha County) Notice No. 1, 1980.
The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The notice under section 3 of the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 1936, dated the 15th day of October 1940*, which relates to an area at Owaka in Clutha County is hereby revoked.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Southland County) Notice No. 1, 1980.
The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.
The notice under the Traffic Regulations 1956, dated the 19th day of November 1957†, which relates to Southland County is hereby revoked.

SITUATED within Southland County at Dipton:
No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and Greymouth): from a point 70 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said State Highway from Dipton-Castlerock Road to a point 300 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said State Highway from Dipton-Balfour Road.
Bryces Road: from Level Street, to a point 50 metres measured south-easterly, generally, along Bryces Road from Level Street.
Dipton-Balfour Road: from No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and Greymouth) to a point 400 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along Dipton-Balfour Road from Level Street.
Dipton-Castlerock Road: from No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and Greymouth) to a point 160 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said road from the said State Highway.
