State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition
to Mount Richmond State Forest Park—Nelson Conser-
vancy

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B(1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as
substituted by section 19 of the Forest Amendment Act 1976),
I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State
forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest
park which shall hereby form part of the Mount Richmond
State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY

597.83 hectares, more or less, being Section 17, Block I,
Cloudy Bay Survey District, S.O. 5565, as shown on plan
S. 21/17, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand
Forest Service at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this
10th day of December 1980.

Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule
hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described
in the Schedule hereto and comprised in roadways laid out by
the Maori Land Court, by orders dated the 18th day of
February 1933, 22nd day of November 1967, 13th day of
November 1968, 21st day of January 1971, 2nd day of March
1976, and the 25th day of July 1980, to be road, and to be
vested in the Tauranga County Council.
