CORRIGENDUM
Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 20) 1980

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 December 1980, No. 141, p. 3819, for “2. Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the tariff items shown; imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.” read “2. Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.” and for “4. The exemption from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule are hereby withdrawn.” read “4. The exemption from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Third Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Third Schedule is hereby withdrawn.”

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Coromandel State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Coromandel State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—THAMES-COROMANDEL DISTRICT

1165.7629 hectares, more or less, being part Taparahi No. 1 Block, situated in Blocks V and IX, Tairua Survey District. All certificate of title No. 25A/319, S.O. Plans 45089-45095 and M.L. 2914, as shown on plan N49/37 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of December 1980.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the North-west Nelson State Forest Park.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—GOLDEN BAY COUNTY

19.9864 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, Block VI, Pakawau Survey District, all certificate of title, Volume 29, folio 161, as shown on plan S. 3/9, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington (S.O. 4545).
