CORRECTION AND APOLOGY
Persons Charged with Penal Tax under section 420 of the Income Tax Act 1976
In Schedule II of the notice published in the supplement to the New Zealand Gazette of 9 September 1980, No. 106, p. 2668, at line 9, for the words “Kenny, Thomas Aylmer” please read “Kenny, Thomas Aymer”. For the letter “A” in column (4) please read the letter “B”.
A very sincere apology is extended to Mr T. A. Kenny for any inconvenience occasioned as a result of incorrect details relating to the type of offence appearing in the said Schedule.

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Kaweka State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Kaweka State Forest Park.
SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT—HAWKE’S BAY COUNTY
62 hectares, more or less, being Section 10, Block IX, Patoka Survey District, Part T244051 and Section 2 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1970 (part). S.O. 7322, as shown on plan N123/16, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of December 1980.

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Kaweka State Forest Park.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT—HAWKE’S BAY COUNTY
3,9610 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 14940, situated in Block IX, Kuripapango Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume H1, folio 1446, as shown on plan N 123/17 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of December 1980.
