The Traffic (Rodney County) Notice No. 1, 1980

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Rodney County) Notice No. 1, 1980.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The road specified in the second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The Traffic (Rodney County) Notice No. 2, 1977, dated the 26th day of August 1977† issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulations 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is hereby revoked.

The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be limited speed zones pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The Traffic (Clutha County) Notice No. 1, 1971, dated the 9th day of December 1971†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27 (2) (a) of the Traffic Regulations 1956, is hereby revoked.
