Declaring that the Course of the Waiarohia Stream in the City of Whangarei shall be Altered or Diverted

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 207 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the course of the Waiarohia Stream shall be altered or diverted within the areas of land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of land, situated in the City of Whangarei, described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Hawke’s Bay County Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of December 1980.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, together with, as to the land firstly described in the First Schedule hereto, the party wall easement created by Deed 342782 (R.451/241), North Auckland Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land firstly described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by William Parkinson Industries Limited, at Auckland, by virtue of lease No. R.L.C. 13, recorded in Register Book No. 5D/1013, North Auckland Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Halsbury Properties Limited, at Auckland, by virtue of lease No. R.L.C. 3, recorded in Register Book, Volume 1047, folio 268, North Auckland Land Registry, are hereby taken for a transport station, and shall vest in the Auckland City Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of December 1980.
