In the notice with the above heading, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 November 1980, No. 133, p. 3334, amend “designates the change of name of North Wairarapa Community Arts Council” to read “designates the change of name of the North Wairarapa Community Arts Council to the Central Wairarapa Community Arts Council”.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 August 1980, No. 103, p. 2567, referring to State Highway No. 2 (Pokeno-Welling- ton, via Gisborne), for “From the eastern boundary of Hastings City”, read “from the boundary of Hastings City”.

Land Taken for the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of a Road in Grey County

DAVID BEATTIE, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of December 1980.

SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 908 square metres, situated on Block IX, Arnold Survey District, being Lot 4, D.P. 633. All certificate of title 1A/326.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of November 1980.
