FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL those parcels of land situated north of Moonshine Road, Hutt County, comprising parts Hutt River bed and land contiguous thereto described as follows:

(a) 2.6623 hectares being part Section 180, Hutt District, situate in Block XIII, Akatarawa Survey District, and Block I, Rimutaka Survey District, and being the land shown marked “A” on Survey Office Plan No. 31745.

(b) 1730 square metres, more or less, being part old river bed situated in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District, and being land shown marked “B” on Survey Office Plan No. 31745.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL those parcels of land situated partly to the north and partly to the south of Moonshine Road, being partly in the Hutt County and partly in Upper Hutt City comprising parts Hutt River bed and land contiguous thereto on the eastern side of the river and being described as follows:

(a) All that parcel of land containing 9.4799 hectares being part Section 212, Hutt District, and being land shown in deeds index, Volume 3, folio 499, Wellington Registry, and shown marked “A” on Survey Office Plan No. 32127.

(b) All that parcel of land containing 1.1356 hectares being part old river bed and being land shown marked “B” on Survey Office Plan No. 32127.

(c) 1567 square metres, being part Section 92, Hutt District, and being part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 3, folio 499, Wellington Registry, and being land shown marked “C” on Survey Office Plan No. 32127.

(d) 1280 square metres, being part Section 212, Hutt District, and being the land shown in deeds index, Volume 3, folio 499, Wellington Registry, and being land shown marked “D” on Survey Office Plan No. 32127.

(e) 1160 square metres, being part old river bed and being the land shown marked “E” on Survey Office Plan No. 32127.

All the foregoing lands are situated in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District.

DECLARATION BY THE REGISTRAR DISSOLVING A BOARD

I, Gordon Pullar, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Henderson Young Men’s Christian Association is no longer carrying on operations, the aforesaid Board is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 26 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on 12 February 1980, at Wellington, was 270.77 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is above the Government Supplementary Minimum Wool Price of 235 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) no supplement is payable on wool until further notice.

There is likewise no grower retention levy payable in terms of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, as the A.W.A.S.P. is less than the ruling Trigger Price of 300 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
