WAIKATO COUNTY COUNCIL
IN THE MATTER OF THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT 1928
Lands to be Taken for Road in the Taupiri Area
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waikato County Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 to execute a certain public work, namely the taking of the lands described in the Schedule hereto for road.
And Notice is hereby further given that the plans of the lands so required to be taken are deposited at the offices of the Waikato County Council, Clyde Street, Hamilton East, and there open for inspection; all persons affected by the execution of the said public works or by the taking of the said lands for road should, if they have any objection to the execution of the public works or to the taking of the said lands for road not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth in writing and send the written objection within forty (40) days of the first publication of this notice to the Secretary of the Planning Tribunal Division, Department of Justice, Postal Centre, Private Bag, Wellington; and if any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND—MAURICE TERRACE
The Wellington City Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take land described in the Schedule below for service lane purposes in the City of Wellington.
A plan of the land which the Council proposes to take is available for public inspection during normal office hours, free of charge, in the office of the City Solicitor, Municipal Offices Building, Mercer Street, Wellington.
If any person is directly affected by the proposal and has an objection which is not related to the amount or payment of compensation he should put his objection in writing and send it to the Registrar, Planning Tribunal, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice. If any objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector does not require this and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

Plan 31523, marked "B". This land is part of the property commonly known as Maurice Terrace.
82 square metres being part Section 444, Town of Wellington, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title 462/21, 462/22, 512/56, and 564/91 (Wellington Registry), more particularly defined on S.O. 14 square metres being part Section 443, Town of Wellington, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title 351/16, more particularly defined on S.O. Plan 31523, marked "F". This land is part of the property commonly known as number 282 The Terrace.
1 square metre being part Lot 1 of Deposited Plan 904 and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title 351/16, more particularly defined on S.O. Plan 31523, marked "G". This land is part of the property commonly known as number 282 The Terrace.
25 square metres being part Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 904 and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title 108/165, more particularly defined on S.O. Plan 31523, marked "H". This land is part of the property commonly known as number 280 The Terrace.
40 square metres being part Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 904 and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title 104/239, more particularly defined on S.O. Plan 31523, marked "I". This land is part of the property commonly known as number 278 The Terrace.
All the above are situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District, and is required in connection with the creation of a service lane.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, and in the matter of the WELLINGTON REGIONAL WATER BOARD ACT 1972:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington Regional Water Board, a Board duly constituted under the provisions of the Wellington Regional Water Board Act 1972 and being a local authority within the meaning of the Public Works Act 1928, proposes under the provisions of the above Act to execute a public work, namely soil conservation and river control, and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the First and Second Schedules hereto are required to be taken for soil conservation and river control purposes.
And notice is hereby further given that the lands so required to be taken are shown on plans lodged at the offices of the Chief Surveyor, Lands and Survey Department, Wellington, and there numbered Survey Office Plan No. 31745 and 32127, copies whereof are exhibited at the offices of the Board at M.E.D. Building, 40-44 Cuba Street, Wellington, and are there available for inspection by all persons without fee during ordinary office hours. All persons who are affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said lands and who have any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands, or any of them, should state their objections in writing and send the same within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the Secretary of the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, care of Tribunals Division, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington. If any objection is received, a public hearing of such objection will, unless the objector otherwise requires, be held and each objector will be advised of the time, date, and place thereof.
