Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 2309, Ag. 61422)

Pursuant to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode
Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following
lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been
found—

(i) An area of 1004 square metres, more or less,
situated to the south of and fronted by Reservoir
Road in the Borough of Port Chalmers, being Lots
6 and 7, D.P. 61, and being part Section 48, Sawyers
Bay District, certificate of title 287/86 (Otago
Registry).

Pursuant to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode
Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following
lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been
found—

(i) An area of 2024 square metres, more or less,
situated to the west of and fronted by Lyras Street
in the township of Outram, being Sections 18 and
19, Block 5, Town of Outram, certificate of title
6A/89 (Otago Registry).

Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato
Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 2314, Ag. 61422)

Pursuant to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode
Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following
lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been
found—

(i) an area of 2.9112 hectares, more or less, situa-
ted north-west of District Road, Deborah Bay, being
part Section 49, Block VI, in the North Harbour
and Blueskin district. Certificate of title 319/188
(Otago Registry). This land was previously scheduled
(b) (iv) in notice No. 2086 dated 1 March 1979.

*This notice should be read together with notice No. 2086.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at
Licensed Premises—Taranaki Licensing Committee

Pursuant to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as
amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amend-
ment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for
Justice, hereby give notice that the Taranaki Licensing Com-
mittee, on 7 December 1979, made an order authorising
variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed
premises known as the Bridge Tavern, Waitara.

To the intent that on days other than those on which
licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of
liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and
closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
(not being New Year's Eve or Christmas Eve)—
Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at
10 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday (not being New Year's Eve),
and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the
morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(c) On any New Year's Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in
the morning and closing at 00.30 o'clock in the
morning of New Year's Day.
The later hours apply to the lounge bar only.

Pursuant to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as
amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amend-

Justice, hereby give notice that the Taranaki Licensing
Committee, on 7 December 1979, made an order authoris-

premises known as the Inglewood Hotel, Inglewood.

To the intent that on days other than those on which
licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of

(a) During the period 1 April to 31 October inclusive,
on any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday,
and Friday—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morn-
ing and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
(b) During the period 1 November to 31 March inclusive,
on any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thurs-
day—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and
closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
(c) On any Friday, Saturday (not being New Year's Eve),
and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the
morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(d) On New Year's Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the
morning and closing at 00.30 o'clock in the morn-
ing of New Year's Day.
