Amending a Notice Setting Apart Land Held for the Establishment and Development of the Turangi Township for Buildings of the General Government in Blocks IX and X, Puketi Survey District, Taupo County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 6th day of April 1979, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 11 April 1979, No. 30, p. 1085, declaring land set apart for buildings of the General Government in Blocks IX and X, Puketi Survey District, by omitting from the body of the notice the words “as to the land firstly described, to the building line restriction imposed by special order No. 769581”, and substituting the words “as to the land secondly, and thirdly and fourthly described, to the building line restriction imposed by special order No. 769851”, and also by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 30th day of July 1979, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 9 August 1979, No. 75, p. 2371, declaring land set apart for buildings of the General Government in Block IX, Puketi Survey District, by omitting from the body of the notice the words “subject to the building line restriction imposed by special order No. 769581”, and also by omitting the Schedule to the notice and substituting the following Schedule.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground, subject to the right of way contained in deed 131229 and specified in Court order A537727, and shall vest in the Waitemata City Council, from and after the 21st day of February 1980.
