Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block XIII, Mangaharuru
Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
road from and after the 20th day of November 1980.

Land Proclaimed as Road in Block IX, Paritutu Survey
District, Taranaki County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto,
which land shall vest in the Taranaki County Council.

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road, Road Closed
and Vested in Block XXXVII, Taringatura Survey District,
Southland County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the
notice dated the 10th day of October 1979, published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 18 October 1979, No. 96, at page 3017,
proclaiming land as road, road closed and vested in Block
XXXVII, Taringatura Survey District, Southland County,
pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, by omitting reference to “The Presbyterian Church
Property Trustees, a corporate body incorporated under the
Presbyterian Church Property Act 1885, and having its regis-
tered office at Wellington” and substituting “The Otago
Foundation Trust Board, a corporate body and having its
registered office at Dunedin”.

All that piece of land taken by proclamation under the
Public Works Act 1908, containing 660 square metres,
situated in the City of Wellington, being parts of Town
Sections 1023 and 1024, part thereof being also parts of
Lots 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 on D.P. 1469, the said parcel of
land is more particularly shown on a plan deposited in the
Land Registry Office at Wellington with copy Proclamation
