In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928

Public notice is hereby given that the Raglan County Council
proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928,
to execute a certain public work, namely the taking of the
lands described in the Schedule hereto for road; and notice is
hereby further given that the plans of the lands so required to
be taken are deposited at the offices of the Raglan County
Council, Great South Road, Ngaruawahia, and there open for
inspection; all persons affected by the execution of the said
public works or by the taking of the said lands for road,
should, if they have any objection to the execution of the
public works or to the taking of the lands for road, not being
objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set
forth in writing and send the written objection to the
Secretary of the Planning Tribunal Division, Department of
Justice, Postal Centre, Private Bag, Wellington, before the
24th day of December 1980, and if any objection is made in
accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection
will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each
objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

Petroleum Act 1937, the Natural Gas Corporation of New
Zealand Ltd. has made application to the Minister of Energy

for a pipeline authorisation to construct a pipeline to convey
Natural Gas from the existing Huntly Lateral Pipeline to a
pressure regulating and metering station in the Raglan County
to serve the Huntly Borough.
