(b) That so long as any part of the said sum of $32,000 remains undistributed, the accounts of the company shall be noted to show:
(i) The existence of the said special resolution;
(ii) What part of the said sum remains undistributed but still subject to the said special resolution as at the dates to which those accounts are made up.

That no minute as referred to in section 78 of the Companies Act 1955, is required and accordingly that no minute need be produced to the Registrar or registered.

That a sealed copy of the order be registered with the Registrar of Companies.

That notice of the making of such order be published once in the New Zealand Gazette.

That section 76 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, shall not apply as regards any class or classes of creditor of the applicant company.
