HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 36 (1A) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Harbour Boards (Chairman's Allowance) Order 1980.

Maximum allowance to Chairman of Harbour Board—The maximum rate of annual allowance that pursuant to section 36 (1) of the Harbours Act 1950 may be paid to the Chairman of any Harbour Board specified in the first column of the Schedule to this order is hereby altered to the rate specified opposite the name or description of that Board in the second column of that Schedule.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order alters the rates of maximum allowance which may be paid to chairmen of harbour boards under section 36 (1) of the Harbours Act 1950, to the rates set out in the Schedule to the order.
Directing the Sale of Land in the City of Wellington

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs the sale of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, together with the easement of light and air rights created by transfer No. 218624, and together with and subject to the easements of party wall rights created by transfer No. 218625, and together with and subject to the easements of light and air rights created by transfer No. 218418, and also hereby directs the sale of the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, together with the rights of light and air reserved by transfer Nos. 218418 and 218419, and together with the light and air and other rights created by transfer No. 218625, such land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was acquired.
FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 12.14 perches (307 square metres), situated in the City of Wellington, and being Lot 1, D.P. 10325. Formerly all certificate of title, Volume 433, folio 14, Wellington Land Registry, and now being all Proclamation No. 713209.
SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 8.68 perches (220 square metres), situated in the City of Wellington, and being part Section 491, Town of Wellington, and being also Lot 2, D.P. 10325. All certificate of title, Volume 436, folio 124, Wellington Land Registry.

Directing the Sale of Land in the City of Lower Hutt
