CORRIGENDUM

Notice Setting out the Requirements for the Importation of Seeds, Stock Food, and Related Dried Preserved Products (Notice No. 2374, Ag. 12/2/21)

IN the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 July 1980, No. 79, p. 2073, at page 7 of the notice in the table entitled CEREAL/CEREAL PRODUCTS under the heading “Quantity”. Line 1, Barley whole or other forms. Delete the word “Limited” and insert in its place the word “Any”. Line 16, Oats. Delete the word “Limited” and insert in its place the word “Any”. Line 25, Wheat. Delete the word “Limited” and insert in its place the word “Any”.

IN the Maori Land Development notice published as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1980, No. 2, published in Gazette, 19 June 1980, No. 68, p. 1812, in the First Schedule amend “Registration No. S. 211530” to read “Registration No. S. 24630”.

Declaring Land in the North Auckland Land District, Vested in the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

KEITH HOLYOAKE, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—WHANGAREI COUNTY

1.6187 hectares, more or less, being Allotment 405, Waipu Parish, situated in Block XII, Ruakaka Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1931, p. 2918. S.O. Plan 25321.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of September 1980.

A PROCLAMATION

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of October 1980.
